Refunds & Returns Policy at Sunrila.com

At Sunrila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward process for returns and refunds, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.

If the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request being acknowledged.

Please note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • Products that were damaged in transit.

  • Products with physical defects.

  • Products that were shipped in error.

To initiate a return, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used.

  • The seal of the product has been broken.

  • The serial number on the product has been tampered with.

Once we receive your return request, we will inspect the returned product and validate the claim. If your return is approved, we will process either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

If the product is deemed ineligible for return, we will return the item to you via courier.

Refund Process

  • Online Payments: If you made your purchase through an online payment method (e.g., debit/credit card, bank transfer, or wallet), your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return request.

  • COD Orders: If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process your refund to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving your return request.
